Hello, Monday. No adventures to report from the weekend. We made due with a trip to Forecastle Friday night, Saturday matinee, the World Cup finale, plus some good eating and relaxing.
I did manage to scare up a little song to share. Here's a goody from Maiden Radio, an all-girl bluegrass trio from right here in Louisville. They were a favorite of mine among the Forecastle line-up. Pretty harmonies, cowboy boots, banjos. What more could you ask for?
Sweet...I have some similiar shoes. They make me happy whenever I wear them. Though my baby brother saw them last year and commented that they are my "emo kid shoes." At 24, I'll take that as a compliment.
