Summer night + taco truck. Best idea ever.
One of many outdoor suppers: smoked ribs, watermelon-basil agua fresca, and sweet corn and bell pepper salad.
This is me dolled up for a party. Which is basically regular me in a sundress and mascara.
Here is a big old grip of photos from May's adventures. Per usual, this photo post is heavy on dogs and food, but would you expect anything else from me? This month we had plenty of reasons to celebrate: Kurt's 31st birthday, barbecue season, beautiful weather, our wedding anniversary, a dear friend's upcoming wedding, summer nights at the taco truck ... We've also been incredibly busy with our burgeoning treat business, so post-flea market libations have been a much needed, regular occurrence. Looking toward June, we're ready for another whirlwind of good times. We're going to see Radiohead next week, my friend Brandy is getting married and I get to be a bridesmaid, things are rollin' with Bon Vivant ... Seems like I'm forgetting something ... OH YAH, we're going to Southeast Asia! Holy crap. Skrull = melted. Somebody, fan me! I'm going to faint!

i've heard about it a few times on american blogs but can you tell me the difference between mexican coke and standard american coke? it's not just the bottles is it?
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a pretty small difference, but Mexican Cokes use cane sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup. I feel like there is a big difference in taste, although I'm not much of a soda drinker.
